Customer Success

Customer Success is the discipline of identifying customer success factors most likely to determine a preferred outcome with regard to the client’s perception of success.

As Customer Success Representative you are responsible for driving success for customer implementations and beyond. This role includes many Customer Success activities such as on-boarding, support, project management, and adoption guidance.

Quality Assurance

Our QA testers work integrated within our Agile development team. Each new product feature is designed up front with a test plan and acceptance criteria. Our testers use a combination of automated and manual testing strategies and work closely with developers to help test and document new product features. Technical product testers must already be familiar with (or able to learn) SQL and XML. Product testers must be great at analyzing and planning how best to test highly configurable product features.

Delivery Consultant

Our implementation consultants are responsible for adapting customer requirements into technical configurations and must be able to author SQL queries, XML form and workflow configurations, and build custom reports. Additional skills include gathering and documenting requirements, creating and executing QA test plans, and ensuring that our customers get the best solution possible.

Sales Executive

We’re looking for professional sales executives to run sales leads, generate revenue and take their careers to a new level.
